We are happy to give free estimates if a problem can be diagnosed via phone and at a distance. If within 90 minutes of the Twin Cities Metro in Minnesota, a technician will visit to determine parts and service needs. If outside, a travel fee will be assessed when in-person visits are needed to diagnose problems. At the diagnostic visit, we'll determine if we can fix your equipment or whether we deem it irreparable. If we take up the work, the travel fee will not be assessed. At any point, if we determine we cannot fix a piece of equipment, we will not charge you. Your organization has no excuse to not call and see if we can help you get your equipment back online.
